Why part it out when it can be restored back to whole?!?!

It's a rare car, you dipshit.

I have started using this car for parts to complete one of my other projects and have come to find that the car is in much better shape than I initial thought. I pulled the interior to inspect the floors...... I am using parts off the car, so this listing is mainly for the sheet metal..... But car is very rare, only about 2000 Recaro T/A turbo pace cars were built..... If car does not sell I will be cutting the floor pan out to replace a bad floor in a project I am working on along with any other usable metal, quarter, cowl panel, roof, etc.

"Buy this or I'll cut it up to fix a much shittier T/A"?

Blackmail is such an ugly word: I prefer "extortion". The "x" makes it sound cool.

Worth more in pieces, every car is.

Your sentiment is how I feel every time I read about a perfectly functional '96 Collector Edition LT4 Corvette being cut up for its suspension and engine to be stuffed in some stupid-ass hotrod that will likely be simultaneously really tacky and exactly the same as all the other '32 Fords running around with some form of SBC and lowering kit.

'32 Ford + basic lowering + SBC = OH THE HUMANITY

Something... *anything* different - if it has to be a Deuce, do some custom headlights, build a streamliner tail, use a Y-block - hell, even a 302.

If I see one more slackass clone '32 with ready-built drop-in parts being paraded as "oh so special" I'm going a'murderin'. It's not the AR-15 platform of cars, and even if it were, making every one "cool" in the same way is a crime, or ought to be.

Preachin' to the choir, man, preachin' to the choir.

It's actually kind of shocking to see a similar scenario play out for any given car on a less dramatic scale. Almost every owner of a '91-'96 Corvette has A-mold wheels. Almost every owner of a BR-Z has it in blue (I have seen no BR-Z in any other colour and we have tons around here). Every Audi RS4 is slate metallic. Every Escalade is black. Every contractor E350 van is whi—okay that's cheating.

There are three, broadly speaking, custom mods on my Rover and none on my Benz. The rest of the things on the former are *uncommon* factory option kit. The mods are a rear door that splits in half (something present on Spanish license builds, but I made my own), an enlarged heater core (seen that one *once*), and 16" wheels (okay, special order thing from factory, not that uncommon). I have not dolled up into the usual traps: axle swaps, mat set, console replacement, roof rack, light protectors, mud flaps, bumper overriders, etc. etc. but a "standard list" of bozo mods definitely exists for the car.

I am guilty of one such "bozo-mod": I put red fender hashes over the left wheel arch. Only in my case, my car actually has the same engine as a Grand Sport with a Grand Sport throttle body plate, so I feel somewhat justified.

Mud flaps...I need some of those. Need, not want.

The Land-Rover has a body which, roughly speaking, is a barn door on the side. No underneath narrowing at all - hence, the only thing a mud flap does is keep dirt off the guy behind you. Doesn't matter, still popular.

I'm very highly modifying my project car (a '63 Ranchero) but almost nothing I'm doing is off the standard sheet as-executed.

What a complete waste of a car, especially since you can buy a crate LS9 or build an equivalent LS yourself for less. Price is total CP, too.

That said, I'm not as sad because it's a newer car and as powerful as it is, the C6 ZR1 is not as special as the C4 ZR-1. C4s are getting cut up every day for the suspension alone, and not just the special ones.
